08 Nov Fludioxonil Error on Database
Fludioxonil was spelled incorrectly for two products on the PCPA database. The spelling has been corrected, however your Annual Report will show the different spellings as different products when comparing 2014 and 2015 usage, or 2015 vs. 2016, depending on when you created your PCPA forms. You may have up to three different listings on your Annual Report. Two incorrect spellings may show up as being used in 2014, while the correctly spelled active ingredient will show up as being used in 2015, but not in 2014. For those who created their 2015 PCPA forms before the error was detected, this issue will show up on your 2016 Annual Report.
Since the Annual Report is a public document, it is recommended that you note that the active ingredients are actually the same in your Reason for Increase/Decrease from Previous Calendar Year .
We apologize for the inconvenience, but this should no longer be an issue after this year.
