12 Jan Deadline for 2017 Desk Reviews is Jan. 31, 2018
Please remember to submit your 2017 desk review forms prior to the Jan. 31, 2018 deadline, to avoid the late submission fee of $150 + HST.
Once you have created all your scouting, PCPA, calibration and staff training forms on the database; completed, printed, signed, scanned and uploaded the Annual Report and map(s); remember to complete the IPM Agent Desk Review Checklist. When you click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the Checklist page, an e-mail will automatically be sent to the IPMAP at the University of Guelph, Ridgetown Campus. Within the next few weeks, staff will check your submission for completeness and send you an e-mail informing you that it has either been forwarded for audit or that it is missing something.
