04 Dec Annual Report Form Change
The IPM Council has just received new wording for the Annual Report from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation & Parks (MECP). This is the document that must be printed, signed, scanned and uploaded to the public side of the website. Our web designers are making the appropriate changes and the new form should be ready within the next couple of days. The MECP has informed us that any 2020 Annual Reports printed on the old form are not acceptable and must be re-printed on the new form, signed and re-scanned and uploaded. If you have already submitted your 2020 Desk Review, you will need to recreate the Annual Report by downloading it from the website after the database update. We regret the inconvenience.
